Just a small favor

I am driving across the state today after I get off work.

While luckily it looks like the weather is headed towards warm and snow on the roadway won't be an issue, I have a small favor to ask of everyone.

Could you all please stay of the freeways for like an hour this afternoon? Pretty please.

I just really don't want to deal with rush hour traffic. You all are only driving half an hour to an hour, I have a 6+ hour drive in front of me.

I don't think it's too much to ask.

Plus it's a great way to give back to the community (a.k.a. ME).
